Free tools, provided as-is

The notepad, to-do list and text tools are free to use. They are provided as-is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access. Platform limits shown on counter pages are checked against public sources but can change at any time, so check the platform itself before you rely on them.

Your content

You own what you write and you are responsible for it. Notes are stored only in your browser's local storage, so keep your own copy of anything important. We cannot restore notes lost when browser data is cleared.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to:

• break the law or infringe the rights of others;
• attack, overload or disrupt the site, or try to get around its security;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or resell it as your own service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, OnlineNotes and Interstellar Media are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or not being able to use the site, including lost notes, lost data or decisions made using tool output.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
